Teaching in England can be a great career choice if you have qualified from outside the UK. The DfE explains that international qualified teachers are allowed to work as a teacher in England for up to 4 years without QTS. 

You might be asked by your school to teach outside your subject specialism for a temporary period of time. This might be because of staff shortages or restructuring taking place within your school or Trust.
