How We transport and store your data

When you access Our sites, We transport all personal data, including payment information, using modern and best practice encryption technologies. This includes Secure Socket Layers (SSL/TLS), Once We have received your information, We store your data on secure servers and use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Where possible we store data within the European Economic Area (EEA) however the data that We collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the EEA. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for Us or for one of Our suppliers. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy and in the event that this ever becomes necessary shall ensure that this is carried out subject to a Data Transfer Agreement for compliance with the DP Legislation.

We understand that data privacy and security is incredibly important and We do take significant and necessary precautions to ensure that your data is secure and to recognise and then mitigate the risks to security and privacy, such as using modern encryption, two-factor authentication and other methods. However, like any website, it is not possible to 100% guarantee the security of any data transmitted or stored electronically.

Your responsibilities

Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of Our Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
