Opening hours
We hope you are looking forward to a relaxing and peaceful Christmas. It’s been a difficult year for us all and the team at Edapt wish you an enjoyable time away from school.
Our ‘virtual office’ will be closed from 5pm Tuesday 22nd December and will reopen at 8am Monday 4th January.
Casework Services
If you already have a case open with us our caseworkers will get back to you from Monday 4th January, and in line with the requirements of your case. Remember to reply directly to the previous email you received from us, rather than creating a new email, as our caseworkers will be able to view your update much quicker.
Subscription information
You should find the most frequently asked questions to your subscription queries on our website. You can also access your account via your account area to make any changes. If you have any urgent subscription enquires, you can type your question into the live chat in the bottom right-hand corner and we will try and get back to you as soon as we can.
