If you are an Edapt subscriber will we be able to support you throughout this crisis as well as when you eventually return to school. We’re working round the clock to bring you the latest information and to keep you informed.
We will continue to operate with a normal service throughout and you can contact us between 8am-7pm, Monday to Friday. Whilst our staff are no longer working from our offices, our staff are able to work remotely, and our systems remain fully operational.
We will continue to support all cases, including ongoing investigations, disciplinary and grievances. Will be able to support remotely where required. If you have a new issue that you require support with, you can contact us, or raise a case through your account.

Our Knowledge Base: now freely available
In order to support the wider education community we have made all of support articles in our Knowledge Base accessible to all school staff during this period. Many of these articles are normally only available to paid subscribers.
We have produced a specific section for Covid-19 related articles. Whilst this is a rapidly changing situation, with guidance and policy changing daily, we aim to keep this relevant and up to date.
We will be producing new content every day to support you in your role while you are supporting pupils from home.
From all of us at Edapt we pledge to continue our high-quality support throughout this challenging time, and we are thinking of all our subscribers, and teachers, pupils and support staff during this time. We are here to support you.
