We hope you are looking forward to an Easter break if you are able to have one through these difficult times.
Our staff and caseworkers have been working hard throughout this period, answering your questions, creating content and supporting new and ongoing cases.
Over the Easter weekend, and the week following, from Friday 10th April to Sunday 19th April (inclusive) we will be operating slightly reduced operating hours from 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
We will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday except for any urgent new casework.
We will still aim to get back to subscribers within at least 2 hours and you will still be able to raise new cases by contacting us on [email protected] from your registered email address or raising a case via your account area.
If you already have a case open with us our caseworkers will get back to you as normal, and in line with the requirements of your case. Remember to reply directly to the previous email you received from us, rather than creating a new email, as our caseworkers will be able to view your update much quicker.
There may be a slight delay in responding to you, but we will aim to get back to all non-urgent enquiries within 48 hours. You should find the most frequently asked questions to your subscription queries on our website.
